Ayurvedic Yoga Massage

This unique system of bodywork combines deep tissue massage with coordinated breath and yoga stretching. Similar to Tai Massage, the session is performed on a mat on the floor for free movement, stretching and flow. As well as oil, a topical Ayurvedic herbal powder is also applied to the skin.
